Damaged & Rejected Goods
As the customer you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt; you’ll be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us within 7 days that the goods are rejected.
Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the personal nature of the products, returns and exchanges are not permitted. Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement. Refund will be issued when the goods are received. Return any damaged or unsatisfactory items to us in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them:

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction. The order will be considered valid and you, the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.
